Live Music
Once you’ve selected your DJ package, coverage and enhancements, live music can be added as a separate experience for another layer of energy and personality.
Choose from a saxophonist, violinist or drummer for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner or reception. Musicians can perform solo or alongside your DJ to create a live music experience that fits the flow and energy of your wedding.
Pricing is customized based on the musician, performance style and amount of coverage selected.

Yes, most couples with live musicians still book ceremony audio. We provide the microphones for your officiant and anyone speaking so every word is heard clearly. We also connect your musician directly into our system so the sound is balanced and seamless from start to finish. Your musician handles the music. We handle everything else.

You can select up to 60 songs and share your must-plays, do-not-plays, special requests, and overall music preferences through the Vibo Wedding Planning App. Think of it as a collaborative approach: you give us the foundation, and your DJ uses that direction along with the energy and reactions on the dance floor to shape the night in real time.

Yes. Your DJ will serve as your MC and handle the important announcements and transitions throughout the reception, including introductions, special dances, speeches, and other key moments. We’ll review everything with you beforehand so it feels natural and organized

Quotes typically expire after 30 days.
Dates are only officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the retainer is paid. All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. If you want to keep the celebration going, just let your DJ know before the scheduled end time.
Additional coverage can usually be added for $195 per hour, depending on venue and DJ availability.

That’s completely up to you. You can choose to allow guest requests, decline them entirely, or have your DJ use their best judgment based on your music preferences and the energy on the dance floor.

When you book Avella, your wedding is led by one of our carefully selected DJs who has been personally trained through Avella Academy and supported by the Avella team.
Booking DJ Danny Garcia means Danny personally performs at your wedding and is offered separately based on his availability and pricing.
